Register and Argus, 04 Nov. 1915. Guttenberg column.
The sad news was received by Mrs. G. Pufahl, Thursday, that her youngest son, Otto W. Pufahl, had died suddenly Tuesday of last week at his home in Butte, Mont., of hemorrhages. He had been here on account of the funeral of his brother Emil, near Monona, and had left for his home two weeks ago. Otto was forty years of age at the time of his death and located about twenty years ago in Butte, Mont., where he was successfully engaged in the crockery business, of which he was an expert. His remains, accompanied by his business partner in Butte, arrived Saturday evening and were laid to rest in the city cemetery at the side of his father, after services in St. John's Lutheran church, conducted by Rev. Janzig. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community.
