Elkader Register, Thur., 30 June 1898. Garnavillo column.

Mrs. Henry* Boden, whose home is in this vicinity, died last week in a hospital at Dubuque. Her remains were brought home on Thursday, the interment taking place on Saturday, Rev. Raedler officiating.

Note: She and her husband Christopher share a gravestone in St. Joseph's Catholic cemetery, Garnavillo. She was the mother of Henry Boden, not his wife.
