DIED, at McGregor Sept. 3d, 1858, William Henry, son of William and Annette Jackson, aged 4 years, 9 months and 12 days.

The interesting little boy whose death we chronicle was not only the idol of his parents, but his amiable qualities had attracted the notice and won the love of all who know him.

"Close his eye-lids - press them gently
O'er the dead and leaden eyes,
For the soul that made them lovely
Hath returned unto the skies."
