J. A. Briar received word Wednesday to make arrangements for the burial of George Fosha, who is dead at Elgin, Iowa. the auto-hearse, with the remains and accompanied by the funeral party, will leave Elgin at nine o'clock Friday morning. Burial will occur in the Monona cemetery upon their arrival here. Rev. McLannihan, the Congregational minister, will have charge of the burial service. Mr. Fosha has long been known as a hotel proprietor, having managed the Arlington for many years. He was about sixty years old and is survived by Mrs. Fosha and a sister, Mrs. Brainard of Prairie du Chien, Wis. His illness covered many months and his passing away was not unexpected.
