Elkader Register, Thur., 09 Nov. 1899. Strawberry Point column.

The death of Mrs. Peters occurred Sunday after a long illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon.

(Same paper date, column)

Dr. Peters and wife arrived Tuesday from Bert, Iowa, called by the death of the Dr.'s mother.

-Burial in Strawberry Point cemetery
-She was w/o John Peter, a CW veteran who died 1885 & is also buried in Strawberry Point
