Elkader Argus, Wed., 4 Mar. 1903. East Elkport column.

Died Tuesday evening, Feb. 24th, 1903, Mary McMorrow, aged (looks like 63 or 65) years, of heart disease. The deceased has been a resident of Elkport for the past forty-five years and was known by everyone as a kind and good woman. The funeral was held on Saturday morning at 10:00 o'clock, Rev. Father Minogue officiating. The deceased leaves one daughter and four sons to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate mother. May she rest in peace.

John McMorrow, of Kau Kauna, Wis.; James, of Bear Creek, Wis.; Peter, of Tigerton; Mike, of Eland Junction, were called home last week by the death of their mother.
