Correll - Miersen marriage - 1957

STRAWBERRY POINT: Miss Judith A. Miersen and Ronald E. Correll were married Thursday, Feb. 97, at St. Mary's Catholic church in Strawberry Point. The Rev. Father Hubert Holster of Edgewood officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Miersen and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Correll, all of Strawberry Point.

Mrs. Marlene Dougherty, Waterloo, sister of the bride, was her attendant, and Cletus Correll, brother of the groom, was best man.

The bride attended Strawberry Point high school and worked at the Lutheran hospital in Fort Dodge for a year. The groom graduated from the Strawberry Point high school in 1954 and since that time has been employed on his father's farm north of Strawberry Point.

The new couple will reside on a farm north of Strawberry Point.
