Miss Iris Harriette Reinman and Gerald P. Frye were married Sunday, Jan. 20, in St. John's Lutheran church in Farmersburg. The bride is the daughter of Fred Reinman of Farmersburg. Mr. Frye is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Frye of Clayton. The Rev. R. H. Steege, pastor, officiated. Mrs. Harold Soulli of Marquette, sister of the groom, was chosen matron of honor, and Miss Judith Blazek acted as bridesmaid. Roland Frye of Chicago served his brother as best man, and Robert Kiesau of Cedar Rapids was groomsman. Ushers were Nile Kruse of Monona, nephew of the groom, and James Mathews, friend of the couple.

The bride is a graduate of the Monona-Farmersburg Community high school and the Waterloo Beauty school. She operates the Kut and Kurl Beauty salon in Monona. Mr. Frye received his education in the Garnavillo schools and is a graduate of the Cedar Rapids Barber college. He operates a barber shop in Garnavillo, where the couple will make their home after Feb. 01.
