Lorens Larsen died in Spencer, Iowa in July of 1959. He married twice but did not have biological children of his own. Both of his wives had children. I am including links to his obituary and one for his second wife. I transcribed the obituary for his first wife. Hope this helps.

June 9, 1927Mrs. Lorens Larsen, resident of Spencer for the past eight years passed away at her home Friday morning, June 3, 1927, at eleven o'clock. She has been in poor health following an operation on January 3 at Villa Park, Illinois. She was fifty-eight years old at the time of her death.
Lise Larsen was born April 26, 1869, at Tversted Sogn, Denmark where she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She was married to Lorens Larsen November 11, 1911, at Boone, Iowa. Mrs. Larsen was a member of Bethany Lutheran church of which she was a faithful and willing worker, always glad to do anything for the good of the church. She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, two sons, Tinus Larsen of Scranton, Iowa, Elmer Larsen of New York, a sister, Mrs. Jim Johnson of Scranton, Iowa and a brother, Tom Larsen of Boone. Funeral services were held at Cobbs Chapel Sunday afternoon at three o'clock with the Rev. K. Nyegaard, pastor of the Danish Lutheran church, officiating. Rev. P. H. Miller assisted. The body was then taken to Scranton where interment was made in the family lot by the side of her mother.
