Mrs. Matilda Barth, 79, long time resident of Clay county died late Monday afternoon at her home in Spencer where she had been cared for since last April. Prior to that she had been hospitalized for several weeks.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Cobb-Warner Funeral chapel.
Interment was be in Lone Tree Cemetery near Everly.
Mrs. Barth is survived by one son, Max Barth of Spencer and by several grandchildren
There are also two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Austin of Spencer and Mrs. Tena Simpson of Greeley, Colorado and three brothers, Will Klett of Milford, Charles Klett of Everly and Louis Klett of Portland, Oregon
