Arthur Moeller, 76, Everly died Sunday at the Marian Health Center in Sioux City
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church in Everly, with the Rev, Harold Norheim officiating
Casket bearers will be Dave Seivert, Fred Morfitt, Robert Cuttell, Herman Wilken, Cliff Hartmann and Harold Winterboer
Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly. The Warner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
The son of Rudolph and Annie (Hansen) Moeller, he was born March 6, 1912 in rural Everly. His childhood years were spent in Everly, where he received his early education in country schools and later attended Everly High School
He married Gladys Simpson on May 28, 1938, in Storm Lake. Following their marriage they continued to live on the home farm, where he lived all of his life. He was baptized and confirmed in the Hope Lutheran Church of Everly and also worked at the Spencer Livestock Sales for many years
Mr. and Mrs. Moeller were selected king and queen during Everly's Centennial. Mr. Moeller also loved horses and enjoyed having them there for his grandchildren and they rode together often
He was preceded in death by his his parents and one brother, Francis
Survivors include his wife; one son and his wife, Ronny and Willa Mae of Britt; two daughters and their husbands, Cheryl and David Whade of Jefferson and Rebecca and Donald Brockmann of Hartley; nine grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Yops of Malibu, California and one brother, DeRoy Moeller of Fort Myers, Florida
