We received a copy of the Clay Co. News last week announcing the death of Harry W. Broadgate, at Spencer, Io., on Feb. 14th. Harry was for several years agent for the C M & St. Paul Railway Company at Castalia and was held in the highest esteem by all his acquaintances. His honor and integrity could not be questioned: was kind and accommodating in his dealings with the public, and by his genial address made friends with every one he met. We sincerely sympathise with the widow and sons in the loss of a kind husband and loving father.
