Wednesday, November 11th, occured the death of Mrs. Almira Green, at her home in Gilletts Grove township. Death resulted from a cancer from which Mrs. Green has been a patient sufferer for a considerable length of time. Deceased was the wife of Henry Green and at the time of her death was fifty-nine years eight months old. The funeral took place Friday afternoon from teh Christian church in this city, Elder Samuel Magee officiating. Beside her husband she leaves a large family of children and many friends to mourn her loss.
