Linda Lorenzen, the daughter of Frank and Clara May (Radley) Lorenzen, was born on December 15, 1947, in Spencer, Iowa. Linda was raised in Spencer where she received her education and graduated from Spencer High School in 1966.

Linda has worked at the Grand Tap the last 33 years, where she was a bartender. She loved to play pool and darts. She also enjoyed gardening, fishing and bowling. She loved to spend time with her family, and always had time for her grandchildren.

Linda passed away on March 10, 2008 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 60. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Melanie Garcia and her husband, Miguel of Spencer, IA; her five grandchildren: Jeremy, Dalton, Kristina, Miguel Jr. and Mauricio; her three brothers: David Lorenzen and his wife, Jackie of Kansas, Roger Lorenzen of Sioux Falls, SD and Jim Lorenzen and his wife, Shelly of Spencer, IA; other relatives and many friends.
