Peter Dubois, Sr., was released from his sufferings by the messenger of death who called him home Sunday morning. Mr. D. was a member of the M.E. church and died firmly believing in the love of his savior. The services were held at the Free Methodist church Monday and the remains were followed by a large concourse of relatives and friends who mourn his departure. Mr. Dubois was one of the early settlers here and has led such a life that all who knew him loved and honored him. He was in his 79th year.
