HOWARD GOODELL DEAD

Funeral Services Conducted By Rev. J. O. Thrush in Spencer Last Saturday

Howard Goodell died at South Sioux City last week and was brought here for burial Saturday. The funeral was conducted by Rev. J . O. Thrush. He had been unfortunate and it seemed had lost heart and yielded to the feeling that he was tired of living.

A. J. Goodell his father was summoned to Sioux City and returned with the body. He was born and raised in Spencer, was twenty-seven years of age. He had served four years in the the Navy, and was bright and capable.

His sister Mrs. Frank Goodale of Miller's bay was here to attend the funeral. The bereaved ones have our sympathy.
