Mrs. John Glackin

Mrs. John Glackin, residnet of Clay county for many years, died Tuesday morning, Jan. 16, at 4 o'clock in the Hand hospital in Hartley, following an illness of six days. Death was caused from complication of diseases.

Funeral rites are to be held this morning, Friday, at 10 o'clock from St. Lewis church in Royal and are in charge of Father Schultes. Burial at Riverside cemetery, Spencer.

Mrs. Glackin is survived by her husband, five children, Francis, Jimmie, Theresa, Alex and Margaret, other relatives and many friends.

Hazel Batterson was born in Plainview, Minn., Nov. 29, 1899, where she lived for many years. In Clay county, in 1917, she was united in marriage to John Glackin and since their marriage they had made their home in Royal vicinity.
