Obituary: Mrs. Ora Welch whose death we reported last week as occurring on the 13th. Miss Marie Hanish was born in Bielitz, Germany, December 11, 1890, where in due time she was baptised and confirmed in the Lutheran church. She came with mother and sister to America in 1899. She was married to Ora Welch in 1911. Two children who survive. She went into early decline and just when life was in its morning, her sun of life went down in disappointment. The funeral was held at the Meadow chapel on Tuesday last conducted by Rev. E. Grummer(?), a large concourse attended the service and beautiful floral offerings testified the high esteem in which she was held by her neighbors. She was laid to rest in Meadow township cemetery.
