Harriet A. Banker, 1857-1942

Mrs. Harriet Amelia Banker, aged 85, died Wednesday evening, Dec. 2, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eva Price, 10 West Park street. She had been in failing health for the past several months.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Cobb Funeral chapel. in charge was the Rev. Leighton R. Holley of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Interment was made in the Riverside cemetery.

Mrs. Banker was born Aug. 23, 1857, at Peakaboo, Wis. As a young woman of 22 she was married to Wm. H. Banker, who died in 1905.

She is survived by three daughters and one son; Mrs. Eva Price and Harrison M. Banker are Spencer residents, Mrs. Blanche Snyder lives in Hollandale, Minn., and Mrs. Cora Woods in the state of Washington. There are several grand-children and great grand-children.

Mrs. Banker was a member of the Seventh day Adventist church.
