Chas. Boor Dead

Though his death came not entirely unexpected to immediate members of his family, the many friends of Charles Boor of Franklin township were surprised to learn of his death which occurred at his home early last Saturday morning. For some weeks past Mr. Boor had been suffering of a cancer in a vital portion of his body. Recently he returned from Iowa City where he failed to receive the hoped for relief. Prior to recent months Charley Boor had been a strong active man in middle life. Industrious, honest and upright, he commanded the respect of a large circle of neighbors and friends whose sympathies are extended to the sorrowing members of his family.

Funeral services were held at Woodburn Sunday afternoon.
