LOOMISEdith May Wagner Loomis, daughter of James William and Clara Daily Wagner, was born March 31, 1903, at Marengo and died Nov. 14, 1995, at Osceola Leisure Manor. She was 92.
She graduated from Garden Grove High School. She married Loyd Loomis on Jan. 1, 1952, in Arkansas and moved to Osceola in 1952. She was a seamstress at Snowden's.
In addition to her husband on April 9, 1984, she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, and sisters.
Remaining relatives are four nieces, Dorothy Willis, Pauline Fitzgerald of Nevada, Mildred Rodgers of Ottumwa and Marjorie Latta of Osceola, two nephews, Theodore Quayle of Weldon and Elvin Wagner of Leon, grand-nephew, John Lillard of Santiago, Chile and his daughter, Naomi Lillard.
Services were graveside Nov. 17 for Mrs. Loomis at the Garden Grove Cemetery, the Rev. L. Duane Churchman of Osceola officiating. Arrangements were by Kale Funeral Home in Osceola.
