Mrs. Maud Coppock.

Mrs. Maude Coppock was born October 29, 1870 in Clarke County, Iowa and passed away February 28, 1940, at the age of 69 years and 4 months.

She attended the Woodburn school and joined in marriage to Henry A. Coppock, April 24, 1895. To this union two children were born, Ralph residing at Tucson, Arizona and Lorna Clarke in Great Neck, Long Island, New York.

She is survived by her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. J. M Oneall of Woodburn, two sisters, Mrs. Anna Schrader of Creston, Iowa and Mrs. Birdie Wright of Woodburn, one brother Wilfred Oneall of Creston, also two grandsons, Ben and Henry Coppock of Tucson, Arizona.

She was a member of the Methodist church and the M. E. Aid.

During the last few years of her life she was deprived of her sight. Her cheerfulness and patience under this affliction remain an inspiration to those of her many relatives and hosts of friends who mourn her passing on to a greater reward.

Funeral services were held at the M. E. church, 2 o'clock Friday p. m., conducted by Rev. Osborne. W. L. Forster in charge.

Interment at Woodburn cemetery.
