Marvin Pressly
Dies in Missouri

Marvin Dale Pressly, 53, of Kansas City, Missouri, died at his home in Kansas City Sunday, September 2, 1984. Services were held Wednesday, September 5 from the Kale Funeral Home in Truro with the Rev. George V. Neal officiating at the 2 p.m. rites. Interment was in Fields Cemetery in Turo.

Marvin Dale Pressly was born November 30, 1930, in Osceola, Iowa son of Virgil Pressly and Nora Fitzgerald Pressly. He attended schools in Truro and on November 14, 1980, was married to Doloris Simmons in Miami, Oklahoma. He was a warehouseman for Beck Tire Service in Kansas City.

Survivors include his wife, Dolores of Kansas City, daughter, Roberta Short of Kansas City; granddaughter, Tonia Short of Kansas City, and parents Virgil and Nora Pressly of Truro.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
