For Ed. BlanchardE. A. Blanchard, well known Woodburn carpenter, died at a local hospital Thursday evening from injuries received when he fell from a 40 foot scaffold while repairing the Woodburn grain elevator.
Funeral services were held from the home Sunday conducted by Rev. Myrtle Wolfe-Cox in charge of the Forster Funeral home. Burial was made in the Woodburn cemetery.
