Mrs. C. G. Marquis passed away Monday morning at 4:30 at the home of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Holloway. Mrs. Marquis has suffered very severely for several weeks. Besides her mother and husband, she leaves to mourn for her, four sisters. Mrs. Elsie Price of Burlington, Mrs. Arthur Humeston of Ottumwa, Mrs. Ida Mathena of Greenfield and Mrs. Effie Smith of this city besides a host of friends and other relatives.
