Saturday, January 1, 1898. the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Green was taken from them by death. Della was born November 17, 1880, and was 17 years, 1 month and 14 days old.

She was an inmate of the institute for feeble minded at Glenwood for several years. Her remains arrived here, at the house of the bereaved parents, Monday morning, January 3rd. After a short religious ceremony Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J.A. Morris, the remains were laid to rest in the Jamison cemetery by the side of her brother, who preceded her a little over a year ago.

The bereaved parents and the remaining five brothers and one sister have the sympathy of all. One by one we are called to our eternal home; “the parting will soon be over. Ere long we too shall go to that country where our loved ones are, where happy angels dwells and life is one eternal spring."
