LOIS ELAINE JUDD

Lois Elaine Judd, the daughter of O. Loren Woods and Helena Patterson Woods, was born April 13, 1928, in Osceola and died July 27, 1998, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. She was 70.

Mrs. Judd spent all of her life in Clarke County and attended Clarke County Schools.

She married Forrest Judd on Feb. 14, 1976, in Creston. The couple became the parents of a daughter, Sandra.

She worked at Osceola Leisure Manor and Home Health Care as a certified nurses aid.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Lowell and Leonard Woods.

Mrs. Judd is survived by her husband, Forrest; daughter, Sandra Ellis and husband, Jack Ellis, of Murray; three grandsons, Shawn, Lance and Carl Ellis; a granddaughter Davi Ellis; three great-grandchildren, Amber and twins Kenser and Autumn; foster child, Steven Ellis, of Osceola; two brothers Richard Woods and wife, Lila Woods, of Plant City, Fla., and Warren Woods of El Paso, Texas and two sisters, Ramona Tellier of Osceola and Sharon Sinclair of Allerton.

Interment of cremains will be today (July 30) at 2 p. m. in Fremont Cemetery at a private service.
