“Services for Forrest M. Wallace, 78, of 5614 Francis Ave., who died Thursday of a heart ailment at Des Moines General Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Caldwell-Brien-Robbins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.

Born in Weldon, Mr. Wallace lived 32 years in Des Moines. He was funeral director at McLaren’ funeral Home in West Des Moines for 20 years until he retired in 1977. He was a member of United Methodist Church of West Des Moines and the Iowa funeral Directors Association.

Survivors include his wife, Helen, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p,m, today.”
