CECIL EDWARD LEEPS JR.
Cecil Edward Leeps Jr., son of Cecil Edward and Oma Arnold Leeps, was born Oct. 28, 1931, in Osceola and died Nov. 16, 2000, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. He was 69.

His body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
