Graveside services will be Sunday at the Murray Cemetery for lifetime Clarke County resident, Bernard W. Dinham, who died Jan. 18, 1992 at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola. He was 71.

Danny McNeal will officiate at the 1:30 p.m. service.

Mr. Dinham, the son of Wayne W. and Mary Cook Dinham, was born March 24,1920, at Murray. He married Dorothy McNeal on Jan. 14, 1941, at Bethany, MO

Mr. Dinham served in the United States Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater where he received the Bronze Star and he was a member of the American Legion Post No. 405 at Murray.

Mr. Dinham, a farmer, was employed by Clarke County and the Iowa Department of Transportation highway maintenance departments.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a twin son, Hubert, and two brothers.

Surviving Mr. Dinham are his wife, Dorothy: twin son, Herbert Dinham and his wife, Teri of Murray; son, David Dinham and his wife, Sandra, of Chillicothe, MO.; two daughters, Nancy Dinham of Murray and Anita Rodenberg and her husband, Charles, of Carrollton, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and two sisters, Lucille Dinham of Albuquerque, N.M. and Marjorie Kaski of Hyannis Port, Mass.

A memorial will be established in Mr. Dinham's name.
