It looks like Mabelle Carey is enumerated in 1895 in the George Carey and Emma [Cummings) Carey household in Chickasaw County, Iowa. Siblings are Harry, Charles and Frank. Mabel Carey married Howard Shannon on April 28, 1900 in Floyd County, Iowa. She then married James Loye on November 2, 1905 in Nashua, Chickasaw County, Iowa. Perhaps Neva Loye was the daughter of Howard Shannon who may have died before November 1905 when she remarried. On that marriage application, Mabel Carey is listed as "widowed." Mabelle Loye was born in 1881 in Chickasaw County, Iowa and died July 26, 1956 in Faith, Meade County, South Dakota.

I believe the previous posting on England records has no relationship to your family.
