Interested to hear from anyone with information on the family of Robert Herd FAIRBAIRN (the History of Chickasaw and Howard Counties chap)
Trying to confirm that his first wife might be Lucy, and that in a prior existance he was also a clergyman (1860 and 1870 Wisconsin census data).
Three known children, David from 1st marriage (inferred from 1880 census), and two daughters from 2nd marriage to Sarah: Bird N (married Clyde BIGELOW) and Ora W married Verne Percy KIRK.
My info is that Robert died 1 Oct 1923, New Hampton, and is buried Graceland Cemetery.
