Allen-Jackson marriage and "Uncle Billy Blunt"

Does anyone know the identity of the bride in this marriage?

I am also researching the above names and have run into a brick wall making a connection with Edith Blunt-Jonathon Bostwick of Ohio and the many Blunts and Bostwicks of Chickasaw and Floyd Counties. Their daughter, Mary Eliza Bostwick, married Marshall Perrin after meeting at her
"Uncle Billy Blunt's hotel" in West Union in the 1850s. Does any one know anything about Billy Blunt and his hotel?
