Mr. Bechtel, father of Mrs. A.P. Johnson, died in Glidden last week Tuesday, the remains were brought here over the Great Western Railroad for burial. The remains were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Johnson.

The funeral was held in the Methodist church and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
