Ora Ethel Milligan was born September 2, 1883 in Nashua , Iowa, and died March 7, 1927, at her home in Lisbon, after a short illness from anemia, at the age of 43 years, six months and five days.

On September 9, 1903, she was united in marriage to Harry Hartson at Charles City, Iowa, and moved to a farm west of Nahua, later moving to Lisbon, North Dakota which has since been their home

Five Children were born to this union:
Ralph, age 22; Lillian, 20; Irving, 17; Leo,15;( one daughter dying in infancy), who, with the husband and father, are left mourn the loss of a loving wife and mother.
Two brothers and two sisters also survive.

Her death was a great blow to the family circle and they have the deep sympathy of all in the hour of sorrow.

The funeral was held yesterday ( Wednesday ) afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, from the Methodist Church, Rev. Wilson Johnstone officiating. A large attendance of friends and neighbors were present. Interment was held in Oakwood Cemetery.
