Alice Murphy, the 12 year old daughter of Mrs. T. J. Murphy of New Hampton, died as the result of burns received from starting a furnace fire with kerosene.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows she was born Oct. 17, 1903 and died Nov. 27, 1913. She is buried in Calvary Cemetery.
