An accident happened Sunday morning when John Pinter living south of town drank carbolic acid instead of his medicine. It is said that both the carbolic acid and the medicine stood on a shelf and when he went for his medicine took the carbolic acid by mistake which caused death instantly. Funeral was held Tuesday at the St. Mary’s church in Little Turkey.
