Little Boy Scalded to Death.
New Hampton Gazette:—Little Georgie, 3-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Krieger, living south of town, died last night as a result of burns from falling into a tub of hot water yesterday forenoon. The little fellow had been out doors and on coming into the room backed against the tub and fell into it, receiving terrible burns upon his back before he could be taken out. Drs. Landon and Schilling were called and all that was possible was done, but the little fellow never rallied from the nervous shock and lay all day in a semi-unconscious state until 9 o’clock last evening.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Saint Mary’s Cemetery in New Hampton and was born in 1898.
