Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Roberts, daughter Myrtle and son Blaine went to Nashua, Ia., Wednesday, where they were called by the sudden death of Mrs. Robert's mother, Mrs. E. Jones.

DIED.
At her home north of town at nine o’clock Tuesday morning, Oct. 20th, after an illness of a few days, Mrs. Sarah E. Jones. She was taken sick about a week ago, the nature of her ailment being congestion of the liver. She grew better but on Monday after­noon she was taken much worse and a consultation of doctors was held and she was pronounced to be suffering from pneumonia.
Sarah Miller was born in Illinois 69 years years{sic} ago. July 7, 1858, she was married at Bradford, Iowa, to Ed­ward Jones, who died two years ago. Eleven children were born to this un­ion. One son Hugh, died 22 years ago, and the ten surviving ones, are Mrs. Elizabeth Roberts of Lime Springs, Charles W., and George of Herman, Minn., Albert, James, Newton, Mrs. Mrs. Wardell, John, Mable and Clara of Nashua, and Earnest of Nashua, and Ernest of Milwaukee.
The deceased was a good woman, highly respected by her friends and neighbors, and a mother devoted to her large family of children who will miss her sadly.
She was laid at rest in Oak Hill Cemetery, Oct. 22nd. The pall bearers were her six sons.—Nashua Reporter.
