OBITUARY.

DIED - At her home near New Hampron, June 7, 1901, Mrs. Christine F. Brummond, aged 61, of dropsy.

Christine F. Radne was born in Prussia, Aug. 5, 1839. When 11 years old, her mother, father, sister, and brother died of cholera and thus she was left alone.

In 1862 she was united in marriage to Wm. Brummond. To them were born 7 children but only two grew to maturity. These were Herman, at home, and Mrs. Amelia Buss of Lawler, who with the father are left to mourn.

They came to this country in 1890 where they have since resided.

Mrs. Brummond was a member of the Lutheran Church and had many friends in this vicinity by whom she is loved and respected.

The funeral was held from the Lutheran church Sunday, Rev. Fuchs presiding, with Interment at Graceland cemetery.
