Cora Alice (Myers) Ransom – February 25, 1877 – May 20, 1952

MRS. CORA RANSOM PAID LAST RITES

Funeral services were held Sunday with burial in Nashua, for Mrs. Cora Ransom, a lifelong resident of the county, who died Thursday at the age of 75.

Mrs Ransom was born February 25, 1877, the daughter of Margaret and Sylvester Myers. She married Caleb Ransom April 14, 1909. He died in 1929

Survivors are three sons – Willis, Gale and Willard, all of Ionia; and three grandsons.

Mrs. Ransom had resided in Ionia for the past 40 years. Services were held at the Congregational Church there at 2 p.m, Sunday, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery
