Elgin Echo, Thursday, 22 May 1902.
Andrew M. Hunt, of Nashua, a carpenter and veteran of the Civil War, fell from the roof of a residence upon which he was at work, a distance of 21 feet and was so badly injured that he died shortly.
NOTE: WPA records indicate A. M. Hunt, no dates, buried in Oak Hill cemetery in lot 14, at Nashua, IA., with the notation; Co. R, 7th Minn. Inf., Civil War.

Fell From Scaffolding
Charles City, May 8.—At Nashua, Ia. Tuesday, William Hunt, a carpenter, fell off of a scaffolding some eighteen feet breaking some bones in his body and causing an unconscious condition from which he died without regaining consciousness.
