Mrs. Milo Davis

Mrs. Milo Davis, 44. who lived at 217 East Maple died in Cherokee Tuesday evening, October 4, after a short illness.

She is survived by her husband, Milo: two sons. Charles and Joel Davis both of Cherokee; two daughters, Sharon Davis and Mrs. Karen Peck both of Cherokee, one granddaughter; and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Harry Starr of George.

Other survivors are five sisters and five brothers. They are Mrs. Helen Schmidt and Carolee Starr, both of George, Mrs. Phyllis Fahey and Mary Lou Bock, both of Sioux City and Marilyn VanVelzen of LeMars. Brothers are Frank and Richard Starr, both of George, Keith of Emmetsburg, Jim of Omaha and George of Sioux City.

Funeral services will be at 2 pm Friday, October 7 from Grace Baptist Church. 758 North Second Street Rev Robert Lehn will officiate. Burial is to be in Oak Hill Cemetery with Greenwood Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
