Curtis Ramsden, 70, died suddenly Friday, December 5 at Storm Lake following a heart attack He was a former Cherokee County resident and had lived all his life in the Washta community with the exception of the past five years. Mr. Ramsden worked as a carpenter at both Washta and Storm Lake

Survivors include- His wife. Mrs. Ramsden; daughters Mrs. Bernice Mahrt, Council Bluffs and Mrs. Clarence Eischen, Arnolds Park Seven grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were Monday afternoon. December 8 from St Paul's Methodist Church. Rev J. E Feller officiated. Burial was to be in Oak Hill cemetery here.
