EDWARD COMSTOCK

Edward Comstock was born in Syracuse, N. Y, Aug. 13, 1866 and passed away at the hotel in Cherokee Tue March 30, 1948.

On October 22, 1890, he married to Anna Elizabeth Jones.

He was a printer by trade was actively engaged at his work for more than fifty years.

He is survived by five children, Mrs. William Asmussen of St Peter, Minn.; Mrs. Gladstone Shorey, Niagara Falls, N. Y., Mrs. William Wentworth, Cherokee, Mrs. A. C. Sauer, Tolley, N. D., and Claude Comstock, New Digging, Wis.; also by 18 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services were at the Boothby funeral home Friday, Rev. Herman McCoy' officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill cemetery. Music was furnished by Mrs. W. D. Leitch who-sang "Beyond the Sunset" and "In the Garden." Mrs. Florences Simpson accompanied her.

Pall bearers were Roy Reed, Roe Unger, Karl Tuft, Ralph Dagger, Elmer Jones and Pete Peterson.
