The Cherokee Weekly Times - Cherokee, Iowa, September 13, 1900

Mrs. Richards died-Tuesday evening,
Sept 11, at the home*of her daughter,
Mrs. Henry Barnes. Mrs. Richards
suffered a stroke of paralysis about a
year ago, since which*time she has been
confined to her bed nearly all the time.
Deceased was nearly eighty years of age
and had been a widow for several years.
She is the tho mother of L. Richards,
Mrs. Sones and Mrs. Henry Barnes and
has a daughter in Nebraska. The funeral
will be held at two o'clock today at the
Silver church near which place deceased
has lived for many years.
