Deaths

MRS. ANNA (GRACE) GEASLAND

Mrs. Anna Geasland, 76, died Thursday at 1:45 p.m. in Cherokee after a long illness. Her home was at 421 S. Ninth.

A life long resident of Cherokee, she was born here Feb. 12, 1891, then was married in 1908 to Lafayette Geasland who preceded her in death in 1928.

A daughter also preceded her in death.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Eliza)) Miles of Cherokee, Mrs. Jose Miles and Mrs. Cora Worley, both of Centralia, Wash.; two sons, Joseph and Glenn Geasland, both of Cherokee; 21 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren. One brother Warren McLaughlin of Choteau, Mont., also survives.

Funeral arrangements are to be announced later by Boothby Funeral Home.
