DIED ON THE STREET

An Aged Woman Drops Dead on Main Street from Heart Failure.

About 12 o’clock last Thursday Mrs. Elizabeth Corrington, an aged woman, dropped dead on Main street. She had come to town to do some trading ad was walking along the sidewalk near the Snedicor implement house in company with her son when she fell to the walk and expired instantly. Her son called for help and she was removed to Maynard’s undertaking rooms. Dr. Hornibrook was one of those who was near at hand and when he reached her life was extinct. He had attended her some of late and said she had been troubled with dropsy.

Deceased was a widow lady and was an old resident of Rock township. She was between 60 and 63 years of age and was quite well to do.
