The Cherokee Leader - Cherokee, Iowa - September 12, 1874

The School board has employed a prin-
cipal, a Mr. Domer of Cedar Falls. He
comes well recommended is a graduate of
Iowa University and holds a State certificate
authorizing him to teach anywhere in the
State. It is to be trusted Mr. Domer is all
that is required to guide our school, Chero
kee has been sinularly unfortunate so far
but we hope a brighter era is upon us.
