BAER-MEYER-At Washington, D.C., Tuesday, Oct. 18, 1892, Mr. Edward E. Baer of Cherokee and Miss Edith E. Meyer of Washington.

Mr. and Mrs. Baer arrived in Cherokee Sunday morning and the groom has been the recipient of many warm congratulations. They are preparing to go to housekeeping in the Allison residence, corner Second and Maple, and will be “at home” after November 8. The Democrat extends most hearty congratulations, hoping that life for this worthy couple may be full of joys and blessings
